
Step 1 – Free Taster Session
The very first step is to come in and try a training session – completely free and no obligation to sign up. It is just a chance to come on down and find out what we are all about.
Sign up online, give us a call on 1800 CrossFit, email [email protected] or complete our form below for us to call you and arrange a suitable time to come on down and try CrossFit.
And don’t worry, everything you do will be modified to suit exactly where you are right now in terms of your strength, fitness and any injuries you may be carrying.
Step 2 – Movement Foundations
Our four week Movement Foundations program gives you the chance to find your feet and set up the building blocks at your own pace. The smaller class sizes also allow our coaches to get to know you and how you move. With a choice of early morning or late evening classes, there is plenty of opportunity to fit this course into your busy lifestyle.
If you can’t attend the course, then we can provide personal training sessions to cover the Foundations content or you may like to attend our quieter training sessions to build up your skills within the group sessions.


Step 3 – CrossFit Group Training
Once you have completed the Basics training, you’ll be ready to take on any of our group training sessions. Armed with knowledge, not just on the basic movements, but also on how to modify them to suit your own training plan, now is the point where you’ll really be able to apply everything you have learnt and become fitter, stronger, faster and just all round everything you know you can achieve. But the best part is, you’ll be training with other people who understand your journey and support you every step of the way.
